Terms

These terms apply to the use of Houslr by hosts. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Houslr is

Houslr is software for renting out your holiday home: a booking site, a calendar, messages to guests and admin. Houslr is not a party to the rental agreement between you and your guest; you enter into that yourself, under your own terms.

Your account

You log in with a link by email. You are responsible for who has access to your mailbox and for the team members you add.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, prices, photos and copy, and for the permits, taxes and registrations that apply to your rental.

Fees and cancelling

You try Houslr free for 14 days. After that the subscription you choose applies: a fixed amount per month per property, excluding VAT, as stated on houslr.com. You cancel whenever you want; the subscription runs until the end of the month. We announce a price change at least a month in advance.

Guest payments run through a payment partner, which charges a fee per transaction. Those fees are separate from Houslr.

Availability

We do our best to keep Houslr available at all times, but we do not guarantee it. We announce maintenance in advance. Houslr is not liable for missed bookings or other damage caused by an outage, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Your data

Your data and your guests’ data remain yours. You can download them as CSV at any time. If you stop, we keep invoices and bookings for as long as the law requires and delete the rest.

Changes

We may amend these terms. A change that affects you is announced by email at least a month in advance.

Dutch law applies.
