Privacy
Houslr processes data of hosts and, on their behalf, of their guests. This is which data that is and why.
From hosts
Your email address to log in and to reach you, the name and address of your home, your prices and your business details for the invoices. Your business and bank details for payouts and tax reporting are stored encrypted.
From guests
Name, email address, phone number, the booking and the details the guest fills in at online check-in for the guest register. Houslr processes this data on behalf of the host, who is responsible for how it is handled.
Who we share with
With the payment partner for processing payments, with the email service for sending messages, and with the hosting providers where the software and the database run. All within the European Union or under the applicable arrangements. We do not sell data.
Retention
We keep bookings and invoices for seven years, as the law requires. Data from a cancelled account we delete after that.
Cookies
The dashboard only uses a cookie to keep you logged in. The booking sites and this page use no tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can view your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. Email info@houslr.com.
