About Houslr
Houslr was made by hosts who had had enough of three apps, a spreadsheet for the tax and 15 percent commission. One platform, built in the Netherlands, for everyone who rents out a holiday home.
Why
Renting out is fun. The admin is not. Tourist tax, guest register, invoices, calendars out of sync, a key that has to be somewhere. The international platforms do not know the Dutch rules, and the Dutch systems are built for parks. Houslr is for the host themselves.
How
Everything in one plan, a fixed price per property, no percentage. Payments go straight to you. Your data is yours and can always be exported. We build what hosts ask for, in the order they ask for it.
Who
Houslr is a Dutch company. We rent out ourselves and use Houslr every day. Questions or ideas? Email info@houslr.com; you get a reply from someone who builds the product.
