Houslr or Lodgify
Lodgify is a large international platform with a website builder, channel manager and dynamic pricing. Houslr does the same, but is built for the Dutch host: iDEAL, tourist tax, guest register and invoices are built in, and there is no commission or percentage.

Lodgify is a better fit if you need a dashboard in English, Spanish or German, or integrations with dozens of tools we do not have yet.

Yes. You move your copy and photos across (we help), reconnect Airbnb and Booking and point your domain over. Existing bookings go in as manual bookings.
